Thank you to everyone who attended TAMI’s inaugural ‘Marketing Masterclass’ webinar, impeccably chaired by our CEO Liz Fulham.
We’d also like to say a special thank you to Simon Moss, Marketing Director at Spotler, who kept us all entertained for the duration and left us with some incredibly impactful insights on B2B email marketing.
Simon’s presentation ‘Marketing Insights: From the Inside’ gave us all food for thought to stand out from the crowd.
By monitoring the neurological effects of various marketing strategies and recording the results, the team at Spotler were able to collate the data and produce a ground-breaking piece of thought leadership.
After getting some insight, we found ourselves asking:
“Should we call ourselves Ali Baba when we sign off an email? Can we purposely leave out a subject line to generate a higher level of intrigue?”
Above all else, Spotler’s research showed us that marketing elicits emotion. Whether it be joy, stress, intrigue or annoyance, the campaigns that marketers run all leave a lasting impression – with broken links in particular leaving users with an almost unnatural level of trauma.
There was so much more to unpack so for those of you who couldn’t make it, or want to hear more of what Simon had to say, click here to watch the session back.
